I am very excited to announce our NEW cheer training program at Boca Extreme!
If you have ever done a class or private lesson with me, you can tell I have a passion for tumbling, a passion for proper form and technique, a passion for strength and fitness...and I take it very seriously. I love being athletic, I am competitive and I have a strong desire to coach kids and adults who WANT to be better athletes and are willing to put in the work!
I've designed a program to get you or your athlete in the gym working on flexibility, strength and conditioning to keep up their overall cheer endurance and improve their tumbling and jump skills...ALL ON THEIR OWN TIME AND SCHEDULE!! This cheer training program is 2-3 days a week (ANY days that fit your schedule*) and has a step by step guided daily workout. Each daily workout lasts about 50 minutes and consists of a warm-up and training for improved flexibility, tumbling and jumps as well as a conditioning piece.
