Class Descriptions

All of our classes are open to anyone!

Beginning Tumble (ages 4 & up)

In this class, beginners will work on all basics of tumbling including rolls, handstands, cartwheels, bridges and the start of kick overs.

Cheer 101! (ages 4-13)

This class is a great way to get into cheerleading without the full intensity of teams. This class will focus on the skills necessary to becoming a cheerleader (jumps, tumbling, motions, stunting and dance choreography). 

Back Walkover/Front Walkover (Ages 5 and up)

In this class, athletes will work on drills, strength and progressions for walkovers and the start of back handsprings including flexibility, handstands, bridges, cartwheels.  We will also work skill connections including back walkover BHS.

Stunt (ages 5 and up)

In this class, we focus on gaining the strength and flexibility necessary for flying. Bases and back spots are free to join to work on strength and stunting skills.

Back Handspring (ages 5 and up)

In this class, athletes will work on drills, strength and progressions for back hand springs and back tucks including flexibility, handstands, bridges and back walkovers.  We will also work skill connections including back walkover BHS/tuck, multiple BHS, and round off BHS/tucks. 

Open Tumble 9-10am(ages 10 & under) , 10-11am (ages 11 & up)

Open Tumble is structured for athletes to come work any skills they want!  We do a group warm-up and then athletes break off individually to work whatever skills they want in an open environment.  We do have coaches available to guide and spot the athletes when necessary.

This hour long class is ongoing.  You come as you can and pay as you come!
