2023 Summer Class Descriptions
All of our classes are open to anyone!
Beginning Tumble
In this class, beginners will work on all basics of tumbling including rolls, handstands, cartwheels and bridges.
This class ranges from ages 5-9 years old.
Let's Cheer!
In this class, we focus on all the skills necessary for cheerleading including tumbling, stunting, jumps, cheer, dance, and choreography. We put it all together to make a routine and will do a performance at the end of the session to practice performing in front of a small crowd.
This class ranges from 4-12 years old.
Back Walkover/Front Walkover
In this class, athletes will work on progressions for walkovers including flexibility, handstands, bridges, cartwheels, and of course back and front walkovers!!
This class ranges from 6-14 years old.
Back Handspring
In this class, athletes will work on drills, strength, and progressions to get and perfect your back handspring!! We will also work skill connections including back walkover BHS, multiple BHS, and round off BHS as well as front tumbling.
This class ranges from 7 years and older.
*It is recommended to already have a bridge kick over and/or backwalkover to register for this class.
Individual Cheer!
Love to perform or make up cheer routines?? Come learn your very own individual cheer routine (with music) choreographed with tumbling, jumps, motions and dance. This is a great way to perform your highest level of tumbling no matter what team you are on and a great way to practice your performance abilities and endurance!We will do a performance at the end of the session to practice performing in front of a small crowd.
This class ranges from 9 years and older.
*It is recommended to have some cheer experience for this class.
Stunt/Flyers
Stunt class is for flyers, bases and backspots to work on strength, flexibility, balance and confidence to hit those stunts! There will be a focus on flyer technique as well as some hands on stunting.
Flyers class is for flyers only to work on strength, flexibility, balance and confidence to be up in the air! There will be a focus on flyer technique and drills for all body positions.
This class ranges from 7 years and older.
Jumps and Flexibility
In this class, we will focus on gaining the strength and flexibility for hyperextended toe touches, hurdlers, and pike jumps!
Advanced Tumble
In this class, athletes will work on progressions, drills and conditioning to perfect back tucks, layouts and twisting skills as well as front tumbling.
*It is mandatory to have strong running multiple backhand springs and standing multiple back handsprings without a spot to register for this class.
TEENS Strength and Flexibility (Ages 13-18)
*NOTE: this class will be held at CrossFit Delray Beach
Looking for a fun challenge for your teenager this summer??
This class is a co-ed strength and conditioning class using fitness equipment at CrossFit Delray Beach. It is geared towards increasing your teenagers fitness outside of cheerleading or their other sports! We will focus on safely teaching and building on the foundations of fitness including basic weightlifting and gymnastic movements, proper squatting, upper body pulling, and endurance.

Open Tumble
Open Tumble is structured for athletes to come work any skills they want! We do a group warm-up and then athletes break off individually to work whatever skills they want in an open environment. We do have coaches available to guide and spot the athletes when necessary.
This class is ongoing. You come as you can and pay as you come!
Open Tumble range is 8 years and older
$20 per class
